Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We offer both walk-in and appointment-based services. Walk-in clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at contact@apexvarntage.com or +380 965 882 5234.

Pricing

All services are offered at transparent flat-rate prices in UAH, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices displayed reflect the actual amount charged, in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising".

Nature of Services

All grooming services are cosmetic enhancements and not medical treatments. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Consumer Rights and Complaints

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Civil Code of Ukraine, you have the right to receive services of adequate quality and seek remedies for deficiencies. To file a complaint, contact contact@apexvarntage.com. We acknowledge complaints within 7 business days.

Privacy and Personal Data
