Practical Questions

How do I book a chair?

Book online through the contact page or call +380 965 882 5234 during studio hours. Same-day slots open at 9:00 AM when cancellations free up a chair.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome, but a chair is not guaranteed. Call ahead and we will tell you the earliest opening. Weekday mornings are usually the quietest.

What happens if I am late or need to cancel?

Give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled to the next available chair.

What should I expect on my first visit?

A short consultation about your hair type, lifestyle, and the cut you are after. Then the service itself, followed by aftercare advice and a quick styling so you leave looking sharp.
